Our Maintenance program works to prevent the need for large-scale fixes, repairs, and problems going forward. Yearly log washes and inspections of finishes and sealants are highly recommended by both us and the PermaChink company. In the long-run it’s much less cost to the homeowner to keep up with cleaning and maintenance of both sealants and coatings, including refreshing with top-coating and stain as needed.
